Salesforce's entry-level small business plan is Starter Suite, listed at US$25 per user per month (about AED 92). It is a general-purpose CRM: its published features don't include property portals, WhatsApp or off-plan tools, so those need add-ons, third-party apps or custom work. WIYO at US$99 per user per month ships those Dubai property workflows built in. Which to buy depends on your team and integration budget.
What Salesforce Small Business Actually Includes
Salesforce's entry-level small business plan is Salesforce Starter Suite, listed at US$25 per user per month as a starting price, billed monthly or annually; Salesforce notes that transaction fees apply (Salesforce small business pricing, checked September 2026). At the dirham's fixed peg of AED 3.6725 to US$1 (Central Bank of the UAE rates), that is about AED 92 per user per month. The same Salesforce page lists Pro Suite at US$100 per user per month, billed annually with a contract.
What do you get in Starter Suite?
Salesforce describes Starter Suite as one CRM that brings together sales, service, marketing, commerce and Slack (Salesforce Starter Suite, checked September 2026). Its pricing page highlights:
- Assistive AI with an employee agent
- Email nurture campaigns and lead scoring
- Built-in sales flows and lead routing
- A free Slack workspace connected to the CRM
Those pages (checked September 2026) don't list property listing management, portal lead capture, WhatsApp conversations, off-plan payment plans or UAE-specific fields. A brokerage would add those through AppExchange apps, Salesforce add-ons or custom work, each with its own cost and setup.
Real Salesforce Pricing in AED for a 5-Agent Brokerage
Using Salesforce's published list price of US$25 per user per month, a five-agent Dubai brokerage pays US$125 per month, or about AED 459 per month, before any add-ons. That figure covers only the core CRM. It does not include VAT or the cost of connecting Bayut, Property Finder, WhatsApp, or an off-plan inventory source.
For comparison, WIYO's Complete Real Estate Operating System is published at US$99 per user per month on WIYO's pricing. At the same five agents, that is US$495 per month, or about AED 1,820 per month — higher than Starter Suite, because the property workflows are already inside the product rather than bolted on.
Extra Costs: Portals, WhatsApp and Off-Plan Modules
The gap between Salesforce Starter Suite's price and what a Dubai brokerage actually needs is where the real cost sits. Nothing below is included in the US$25 seat.
Portal integration
Salesforce's Starter Suite pages don't list a Bayut, Property Finder or Dubizzle connector (checked September 2026). To bring those leads in, a brokerage would buy a third-party connector on AppExchange, pay a developer to build one, or re-key leads by hand. Each option adds software cost, implementation time, or both. WIYO's product includes all UAE portal integrations in its published seat price (WIYO pricing).
Starter Suite's pricing page doesn't list WhatsApp. Salesforce sells WhatsApp messaging in a separate digital-channels product for its Service Cloud editions (Salesforce digital channels pricing, checked September 2026), and some teams use a third-party WhatsApp Business Platform provider instead; either way it is a separate cost. WIYO includes one WhatsApp Pro Account for your company within the CRM subscription (WIYO pricing).
Off-plan sales
Starter Suite's published features don't include units, payment plans, developer projects or reservation progress. You would need custom objects, plus an inventory feed from developers or a data provider. Without that, off-plan work tends to end up in spreadsheets next to the CRM. WIYO includes off-plan project tracking, live inventory, payment plans and AI matching as part of its Complete plan (WIYO pricing).
The point is not that Salesforce cannot do these things. It can, with enough budget and configuration. The question is whether a small Dubai brokerage wants to run an integration project before it can answer a portal lead.
Salesforce Small Business vs WIYO at 5, 10 and 20 Agents
The table below uses published list prices on monthly billing, excluding VAT, checked September 2026. Salesforce prices are from Salesforce's small business pricing page; WIYO prices are from WIYO's pricing. AED conversions use the fixed peg of AED 3.6725 to US$1 (Central Bank of the UAE).
| Team size | Salesforce Starter Suite (US$/month) | Salesforce Starter Suite (AED/month) | WIYO Complete (US$/month) | WIYO Complete (AED/month) | What WIYO includes that Starter Suite does not |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 agents | 125 | 459 | 495 | 1,818 | Portal lead capture, WhatsApp Pro Account, off-plan CRM, AI Match, UAE listing workflows |
| 10 agents | 250 | 918 | 990 | 3,636 | Same as above |
| 20 agents | 500 | 1,836 | 1,980 | 7,272 | Same as above |
WIYO also offers annual terms at a discount: 30% off for one year and 35% off for two years, per its published terms WIYO pricing. At five agents on a one-year term, WIYO's effective monthly cost drops to about US$346 per month (AED 1,271). Salesforce Starter Suite is billed annually at the US$25 rate; monthly billing, if available, may be higher.
Where Salesforce Genuinely Wins for a Dubai Team
It would be dishonest to say Salesforce is never the right answer. Salesforce wins in these situations:
- You already run Salesforce and have a dedicated admin. If your brokerage uses Sales Cloud for other business lines, adding property workflows to your existing instance may be cheaper than paying for a second CRM.
- You need heavy custom reporting across marketing, sales and service. Salesforce's reporting layer is deeper than a property-focused CRM once you invest in it.
- Your team is part of a larger enterprise. If a parent company standardises on Salesforce, the integration cost is absorbed centrally.
For a small or mid-sized brokerage that lives on portal leads, WhatsApp and off-plan sales, Starter Suite is the wrong starting point because it forces you to rebuild the exact workflows a UAE property CRM should already have.
Which Dubai Brokerages Should Buy Which
Choose Salesforce Starter Suite if you already use Salesforce elsewhere, have an admin, and your property workflows are mostly email and phone. You are buying a general CRM and will build the real-estate layer yourself.
Choose WIYO if you want portal leads, WhatsApp conversations, off-plan payment plans, and UAE inventory in one subscription without an integration project. WIYO's published price is higher per seat than Starter Suite, but it can be lower than the assembled cost of Salesforce plus the property add-ons a Dubai brokerage needs; get quotes for those add-ons and compare. If you have 1–20 agents and no in-house developer, WIYO is the more practical default.
Neither choice is a mistake. The mistake is paying US$25 per user, then discovering six months later that your agents still work out of WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
Frequently asked questions
Is Salesforce Small Business CRM good for Dubai real estate?
Salesforce Starter Suite is a general-purpose CRM, not one built for Dubai property. Its published features don't include portal, WhatsApp, off-plan or listing workflows, so a brokerage would buy or build them separately. For a team whose day runs on Bayut, Property Finder, WhatsApp and off-plan payment plans, a purpose-built UAE CRM such as WIYO is faster to go live with.
What does Salesforce Starter Suite include?
Salesforce describes Starter Suite as one CRM for sales, service, marketing and commerce, with assistive AI, email nurture campaigns, lead scoring and routing, and a free Slack workspace. It is listed at US$25 per user per month as a starting price, billed monthly or annually (Salesforce pricing, checked September 2026). Its published features don't include UAE portal integrations, WhatsApp or off-plan inventory management.
Does Salesforce integrate with Bayut and Property Finder?
Salesforce's Starter Suite pages don't list a built-in Bayut or Property Finder connector (checked September 2026). You would use a third-party connector from Salesforce AppExchange or a custom integration. These usually carry their own fees and setup work, and lead response speed can suffer if the integration is not maintained. WIYO includes Bayut, Property Finder and other UAE portal integrations in its standard plan (WIYO pricing).
What is the real cost of Salesforce for a 5-agent Dubai brokerage?
At list price, Starter Suite costs US$125 per month for five agents, about AED 459. That excludes portal connectors, WhatsApp service, off-plan modules, VAT and implementation. Once those are added, the all-in cost is typically several times the licence price. WIYO's Complete plan at five agents is US$495 per month (about AED 1,820) with those property features included.
Is WIYO cheaper than Salesforce for a Dubai brokerage?
On a per-seat licence basis, no — Salesforce Starter Suite at US$25 is cheaper than WIYO's US$99. On an all-in basis for the workflows a Dubai brokerage uses, WIYO can work out cheaper because portal leads, WhatsApp and off-plan are built in, while with Salesforce you would add paid add-ons and configuration. Compare total cost over a year, not just seat price.
Can I use Salesforce Starter Suite for off-plan sales?
You can, with custom work. Starter Suite's published features don't include unit, project, payment plan or reservation records. You would need to build custom objects and source developer inventory separately. WIYO includes off-plan project tracking, live inventory, payment plans and AI matching in its Complete plan (WIYO pricing).
