WIYO vs Salesforce for a Dubai Brokerage: Which One Should You Actually Buy?

Salesforce is the stronger platform. WIYO is the better fit for most Dubai brokerages. Salesforce gives you unlimited customisation, a vast app ecosystem and enterprise governance, but Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle and off-plan payment plans all have to be built. WIYO ships those as product. The decision turns on whether you have implementation budget.

The question is not which CRM is better. It is whether you are buying a finished product or a construction kit.

Key takeaways

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud publishes six tiers, from a free edition to Max at USD 550 per user per month, with Enterprise Core at USD 195 per user per month billed annually (Salesforce pricing, checked 7 September 2026).
  • WIYO publishes four AED tiers: SOLO AED 1,000 for one agent, STARTER AED 2,650 for five seats, PRO AED 5,500 for fifteen, ENTERPRISE AED 9,900 for fifty. No lock-in.
  • On a like-for-like seat basis at fifteen agents, WIYO PRO works out at roughly AED 367 per seat against Salesforce Enterprise Core at roughly AED 716 per seat at 3.67 AED to the dollar, before any implementation cost.
  • Salesforce is genuinely stronger on customisation depth, ecosystem, enterprise governance, reporting and vendor longevity. Those are real advantages and they matter above a certain size.
  • The UAE-specific work (portal integrations, Trakheesi and RERA fields, off-plan payment schedules, Arabic-language handling) is product in WIYO and a project in Salesforce.

What is the actual difference between the two?

Salesforce is a general-purpose customer relationship platform used across every industry on earth. It assumes you will configure it for your business, usually with a partner. What you buy is capability.

WIYO is a real estate CRM built specifically for UAE brokerages. It assumes your business is selling and leasing UAE property. What you buy is a working system.

That single difference explains almost every other difference between them. Salesforce's strengths are the strengths of a platform: it will do anything, eventually, if you invest. WIYO's strengths are the strengths of a product: the common Dubai brokerage workflows already work on day one, and the uncommon ones may never be supported at all.

Where is Salesforce genuinely stronger?

This section exists because a comparison that only flatters its publisher is not worth reading. Salesforce wins on five things, and they are not small.

Customisation depth. Salesforce has a full development platform underneath it. If your brokerage has a workflow nobody else in the world has, Salesforce can be made to do it. WIYO cannot.

Ecosystem. AppExchange carries thousands of pre-built integrations. If you already run a specific accounting, HR or business-intelligence stack, the odds that it connects to Salesforce out of the box are very high.

Enterprise governance. Granular permissions, field-level security, sandbox environments, audit trails, deployment pipelines. If you are a large developer with an internal audit function, this is the language your risk team speaks.

Reporting. Salesforce's reporting and analytics layer is more powerful than anything a focused product ships, particularly across multiple business lines.

Vendor longevity. Salesforce is one of the largest software companies in the world. WIYO is a young UAE company. If your procurement process weights vendor risk heavily, that asymmetry is real and you should price it.

If any two of those five describe your requirements, Salesforce is probably the right answer and you should stop reading.

Where does WIYO win for a Dubai brokerage?

Portal integration as product, not project. WIYO connects to Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle among 11 lead-source connectors. In Salesforce, each of those is an integration to be built, paid for and maintained.

Off-plan as a first-class object. Payment plans, unit availability and buyer-to-project matching are modelled in the product. In Salesforce, off-plan is custom objects somebody has to design.

Time to working. A configured Salesforce implementation for a brokerage is typically a project measured in weeks or months, with a partner. WIYO is set up in days.

UAE-native defaults. AED, the seven-stage pipeline Dubai brokerages actually use, WhatsApp as a primary channel rather than an add-on.

Published local pricing. WIYO publishes AED pricing with no lock-in. Salesforce publishes USD pricing, with the higher editions billed annually only.

What does each one actually cost at fifteen agents?

Comparing headline prices misleads, because the two are sold differently. Here is the like-for-like arithmetic, stated with its assumptions visible.

WIYO PROSalesforce Enterprise Core
Published priceAED 5,500/month, 15 seats includedUSD 195/user/month, billed annually
Per seat at 15 agents≈ AED 367≈ AED 716 (USD 195 × 3.67)
Monthly at 15 agentsAED 5,500≈ AED 10,738

ImplementationIncluded in onboardingTypically a separate partner engagement
ContractNo lock-inAnnual billing on this edition

Two honest caveats. First, Salesforce's Pro Suite at USD 100 per user per month works out at roughly AED 367 per seat, which is level with WIYO PRO on licence cost alone, though it is a lighter edition and still carries the integration work. Second, enterprise software is negotiated, and published list price is where a conversation starts rather than ends.

Frequently asked questions

Is Salesforce good for a Dubai real estate agency?

It is capable, and it is used by large developers in the region. What it is not is ready. Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, off-plan payment plans and Trakheesi fields all have to be built. If you have an administrator or a partner budget, it works well. If you do not, the licence is the smaller half of the cost.

How much does Salesforce cost compared with a UAE real estate CRM?

Salesforce Enterprise Core publishes at USD 195 per user per month billed annually, roughly AED 716 per seat. WIYO PRO is AED 5,500 a month for fifteen seats, roughly AED 367 per seat. Salesforce Pro Suite at USD 100 is closer, at roughly AED 367 per seat, before integration work.

Can Salesforce connect to Bayut and Property Finder?

Yes, through custom integration or a third-party connector. There is no native, vendor-supported connection in the way there is with a UAE-built CRM. Budget for building it and for maintaining it when the portals change their APIs.

Which is better for off-plan sales in Dubai?

WIYO, for most teams. Off-plan payment plans, unit availability and buyer-to-project matching are product features rather than custom objects. Salesforce can model all of it, but you are paying someone to design what is already built elsewhere.

Is it risky to buy from a smaller UAE vendor instead of Salesforce?

It is a real consideration and worth pricing rather than dismissing. Ask any local vendor about data export, contract terms and what happens to your data if you leave. WIYO publishes its pricing and sells without lock-in, which reduces switching cost, but vendor scale is a genuine Salesforce advantage.

Can I move from Salesforce to WIYO later, or the other way?

Both directions are possible and both cost effort. The practical question at demo stage is what export formats each vendor supports and whether historical activity, not just contact records, comes with you. Ask for a sample export before you sign anything.
