WIYO vs Pixxi for a Dubai Brokerage

Pixxi has the widest integration set in this market at 20 named connections, a VR module no competitor offers, its own Estate Index, and the largest audience of any UAE proptech vendor. It publishes no price at all, which removes it from every shortlist built on cost. WIYO publishes four AED tiers.

A price you cannot see is a shortlist you are not on, however good the product behind it is.

Key takeaways

  • Pixxi carries 42,000 LinkedIn followers on 17 staff (checked 26 July 2026), the largest audience-to-headcount ratio of any vendor in UAE real estate software by a wide margin. That is a genuine marketing achievement and it is worth saying so.
  • Pixxi publishes 20 named integrations, including JamesEdition, TikTok, Zapier, ManyChat and SleekFlow, plus a VR module no other vendor in this market offers and its own Pixxi Estate Index (checked 26 July 2026).
  • Pixxi publishes no pricing whatsoever. It is quote-only and demo-gated. WIYO publishes four AED tiers: SOLO AED 1,000, STARTER AED 2,650, PRO AED 5,500 and ENTERPRISE AED 9,900, with no lock-in.
  • Five of the eight vendors in this comparison publish a price. Pixxi, Kendal AI and VortexWeb publish nothing, which means a buyer comparing on cost cannot include them without a sales call.
  • In WIYO's own measurement on 7 September 2026, Pixxi was named in 0 of 11 Perplexity answers about UAE real estate CRM software, while Prop CRM, with 526 LinkedIn followers, was named in 8 of 11. Audience size and machine visibility are different things.
  • Neither vendor covers landlord or property management. If you need that, both are the wrong answer and PropSpace covers it on one contract.

What is Pixxi, and what does it do well?

Pixxi is a UAE real estate CRM built for brokerages, sold through demo and quote rather than self-serve sign-up. It combines a standard brokerage pipeline with an unusually wide integration surface, a virtual-reality presentation module, and a published market index.

It is the third-highest-scoring vendor of seven in WIYO's own composite assessment (33 out of 50, 26 July 2026), behind PropSpace and Leadrat. On product breadth it is competitive with anything in this market.

The reason to take Pixxi seriously is that it has built things nobody else in this category has bothered to build.

Where is Pixxi genuinely stronger?

Four things, and each is a real advantage rather than a marketing line.

Twenty named integrations, and an unusual selection. JamesEdition matters if you sell at the top of the Dubai luxury market, and no other UAE CRM names it. TikTok as a native connection is ahead of where most of this market thinks. Zapier opens a long tail of tools without waiting for a vendor roadmap. ManyChat and SleekFlow are both serious messaging automation platforms. Taken together this is the broadest published integration set of any vendor in UAE real estate software, checked 26 July 2026.

A VR module nobody else offers. Virtual reality presentation is not a checkbox in this market, it is a genuine differentiator. For off-plan sales to overseas buyers, where the unit does not physically exist and the buyer is in Moscow or Shanghai, it is a real commercial tool rather than a novelty.

The Pixxi Estate Index. Publishing original market data is the single hardest thing a proptech vendor can do and the most valuable once done. Almost nobody in this market does it. Pixxi does, and it earns them credibility that a feature page cannot.

The largest audience in the category. 42,000 LinkedIn followers on 17 staff is roughly 2,470 followers per employee. For comparison, Prop CRM has 526 followers in total. Pixxi has built distribution that most vendors in this market would need years to match.

If your requirement is luxury-market integrations, VR presentation, or a wide automation surface through Zapier, Pixxi is a strong candidate and you should get a quote.

What does Pixxi cost?

Nobody outside a Pixxi sales call knows.

Pixxi publishes no price, no tier names with figures attached, no calculator and no starting-from number. To find out what it costs you must book a demo, sit through it, and wait for a quote. That is a deliberate commercial choice and it is common in enterprise software.

In this market it costs Pixxi more than it gains, for a specific and measurable reason set out in the next two sections.

Which UAE real estate CRMs publish a price, and which do not?

This is the split that decides most shortlists in this market, and it is rarely laid out.

VendorPrice published? What a buyer can find without a sales call
WIYOYesFour AED tiers: SOLO AED 1,000 (1 seat), STARTER AED 2,650 (5), PRO AED 5,500 (15), ENTERPRISE AED 9,900 (50). No lock-in

PropSpaceYesAED 176 per user per month discounted from AED 220, AED 500 monthly minimum, public price calculator
LeadratYesAED 199 per user per month, billed annually, 10-user minimum
Prop CRMYesUSD 55 to 85 per user per month, roughly AED 202 to 312 at 3.67
PixxiNoNothing. Quote only, demo-gated
Kendal AINoThree named tiers, no prices attached
VortexWebNoNothing. A 14-day trial is offered at no cost

Competitor figures checked 26 July 2026. WIYO figures from wiyo.ae, 7 September 2026. Currency conversion at 3.67 AED to the US dollar.

Five vendors can be compared on a spreadsheet this afternoon. Three cannot be compared at all without booking calls, and a brokerage owner building a shortlist on a Sunday evening will usually build it from the five.

Why does a missing price cost Pixxi shortlist places?

Two mechanisms, one human and one machine.

The human one. A brokerage owner comparing CRMs does the first pass alone, at speed, on published information. Vendors with a price get compared. Vendors without one get a mental note reading "call them", and most of those calls never happen. This is not a judgement about Pixxi's product. It is what happens to any product that cannot be evaluated at the point where evaluation starts.

The machine one. Buyers increasingly ask AI assistants for shortlists, and those assistants answer from what is published. In WIYO's own measurement on 7 September 2026, Pixxi was named in 0 of 11 Perplexity answers about UAE real estate CRM software. In the same measurement, Prop CRM was named in 8 of 11, the most of any vendor, on 526 LinkedIn followers. Pixxi has 42,000.

That comparison is the sharpest thing in this article and it is worth sitting with. The vendor with the largest human audience in the category has close to zero presence in the answers machines give, while a vendor with less than one-eightieth of the following dominates them. The difference is not audience. It is what each has published in a form that can be read, quoted and compared: prices, specifications, structured comparisons.

Pixxi is excellent at reaching people. It has not yet made itself easy to cite.

Where does WIYO win?

A published price. Four AED tiers on the site, no lock-in. A brokerage can work out its cost in thirty seconds and put WIYO on a shortlist without speaking to anyone.

Off-plan depth as a flagship module. Payment plans, unit availability, project data and AI buyer-to-project matching are product rather than configuration. For Dubai brokerages where off-plan drives a large share of volume, this is the sharpest functional difference between the two products.

Native WhatsApp in the pipeline. WIYO runs WhatsApp inside the same workspace as the lead record. Pixxi integrates with ManyChat and SleekFlow, which is a legitimate alternative approach and gives access to strong automation, at the cost of a second subscription and conversations that live in a second system.

Consolidation across the stack. WIYO's seven modules cover CRM and pipeline, off-plan, lead sourcing across 11 connectors, WhatsApp, listings and inventory, marketing and an AI co-pilot, replacing several separate subscriptions rather than sitting alongside them.

Self-evident evaluation. Published pricing, an editorial methodology page, sourced comparisons including this one. A buyer can assess WIYO before deciding whether to spend an hour on a demo.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Pixxi cost?

Pixxi publishes no pricing. There is no calculator, no tier list with figures and no starting-from number. Cost is available only through a demo and a quote, checked 26 July 2026. WIYO publishes four AED tiers on its site: AED 1,000, AED 2,650, AED 5,500 and AED 9,900 per month, with no lock-in.

Is Pixxi a good CRM for a Dubai brokerage?

It is a capable product with the widest integration set in this market, 20 named connections including JamesEdition, TikTok and Zapier, a VR module no competitor offers, and its own Estate Index. The practical obstacle is that you cannot evaluate cost without booking a demo, which removes it from price-led shortlists.

What integrations does Pixxi have that WIYO does not?

JamesEdition for luxury listings, TikTok, Zapier, ManyChat and SleekFlow are the notable ones, from 20 named integrations checked 26 July 2026. Pixxi also offers a VR presentation module that no other UAE real estate CRM in this set provides. WIYO's connector strength is concentrated in 11 lead sources instead.

Does Pixxi handle off-plan payment plans?

Off-plan is not a stated focus of the Pixxi product in its published material as of 26 July 2026. WIYO treats off-plan as a flagship module with payment plans, unit availability and AI buyer-to-project matching. For a Dubai brokerage where off-plan drives most volume, that is the sharpest difference between the two.

Why does Pixxi have 42,000 LinkedIn followers but low visibility in AI answers?

Audience and citability are different assets. In WIYO's own measurement on 7 September 2026, Pixxi appeared in 0 of 11 Perplexity answers about UAE real estate CRMs, while Prop CRM appeared in 8 of 11 on 526 followers. AI assistants answer from published, comparable material such as prices and specifications rather than from follower counts.

Which UAE real estate CRMs publish their prices?

Five of the eight in this comparison: WIYO, REM at roughly AED 99 per agent, PropSpace at AED 176 per user per month, Leadrat at AED 199 billed annually, and Prop CRM at USD 55 to 85. Pixxi, Kendal AI and VortexWeb publish nothing, checked 26 July 2026.

Do either WIYO or Pixxi handle property management?

No. Neither covers landlord or property management. If you run a rentals book alongside a sales desk, PropSpace is the only vendor in this market covering brokerage and property management on one contract, at AED 176 per user per month plus AED 11 per unit per month for its Manager product.
