Salesforce Agentforce is not a flat per-seat product: you pay for a Salesforce CRM licence, then pay again for Agentforce conversations. For a UAE brokerage, implementation and integrations add more. WIYO bundles AI, portals and WhatsApp at $99 per user per month. This guide shows how to estimate both.
What Salesforce Agentforce is and what it can do for a Dubai brokerage
Salesforce describes Agentforce as its AI agent platform that acts on CRM data and customer conversations. In real-estate terms, an Agentforce agent could answer a Bayut enquiry after hours, ask qualifying questions, check inventory, summarise a WhatsApp thread, draft a follow-up and hand the lead to a human agent when the conversation becomes a negotiation.
For a Dubai brokerage, the useful tasks are obvious: portal lead qualification, off-plan buyer matching, appointment booking and chase sequences. The catch is that an AI agent is only as good as the data and workflows you feed it. Our AI lead scoring guide for UAE property explains what AI can reliably do and what it cannot do with a fresh portal lead. The same limits apply to Agentforce: it needs clean listings, unit availability, buyer requirements and response rules before it can do useful work.
How Salesforce prices Agentforce: base CRM plus conversation credits
Salesforce's pricing model has three moving parts: the Salesforce CRM licences your human team needs, the Agentforce conversation consumption, and the implementation work to connect your UAE data sources. Understanding the structure matters more than any headline number, because the headline number will not be your number.
The base CRM licence comes first
Every agent and manager who reviews or takes over an Agentforce conversation still needs a Salesforce CRM seat. The edition you choose sets the per-user price, and Salesforce sells multiple editions with different feature limits. You cannot buy Agentforce on its own without a Salesforce CRM foundation. Our WIYO vs Salesforce comparison covers the base CRM cost question in more depth.
Agentforce is metered by conversation
Salesforce publishes Agentforce pricing on a per-conversation basis, not as a flat per-user fee. A conversation is a discrete interaction, but how Salesforce counts a multi-turn WhatsApp thread or a portal enquiry that triggers several actions depends on the agent topic and the complexity of the flow. High-volume or multi-agent conversations usually consume more than a simple one-question reply. This matters for real estate because a single Bayut or Property Finder enquiry can easily turn into a five-message exchange.
What the "starting price" does not include
For a UAE brokerage, the published figure ignores the line items that dominate the final invoice:
- Middleware or custom API work to pull leads from Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle into Salesforce.
- WhatsApp Business setup on Meta's platform, template approval and per-message fees.
- DLD/RERA context and Trakheesi permit checks if you want Agentforce to talk about permitted listings.
- Off-plan project data, payment plans and availability feeds.
- Data migration, user training and an admin who maintains the agent topics.
- UAE VAT treatment and bank conversion on Salesforce invoices.
None of this is wrong; it is just how platform pricing works. The problem for a 10-agent brokerage is that the implementation bill can be larger than the first year of subscriptions.
What to ask Salesforce before you sign
Take these questions to your Salesforce account executive and ask for written answers in AED, including VAT:
- Which Salesforce CRM edition do you require for each human seat, and how many seats are mandatory for Agentforce to work?
- How many Agentforce conversations are included in that edition, if any, and what is the contracted overage rate per conversation for a UAE entity?
- How does Salesforce define a "conversation" when an agent sends five messages to one lead over WhatsApp? Does escalation to a human restart the meter?
- What is the documented integration path for Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle leads? Is this native, via an AppExchange partner, or a custom build?
- Can Agentforce read your off-plan project database, payment plan milestones and unit availability, or must that be built as a custom Salesforce object?
- Who builds the first three agent topics, how many implementation days are estimated, and what is the named implementation partner's rate?
- What is the total first-year cost for a 10-agent team at 500 conversations per month, itemised and in AED?
If any of those answers are unclear, the quote is not ready to compare.
Agentforce vs WIYO's bundled seat: a worked comparison
Here is the difference in structure:
| What you are comparing | Salesforce Agentforce approach | WIYO approach |
|---|---|---|
| Base CRM | Sold separately per user, by edition | Included in the $99/user/month bundle |
| AI / Agentforce | Metered per conversation, separate add-on | Included: AI Co-pilot, AI listing support and AI Match |
| Bayut / Property Finder / Dubizzle | Usually needs middleware or a custom integration | Included UAE and international portal integrations |
| Requires separate Salesforce WhatsApp setup and per-message fees | 1 WhatsApp Pro Account included free for your company | |
| Off-plan | Build custom objects, flows and data feeds | Included: 3D map, live inventory, every developer, AI Match |
| Pricing visibility | Varies by edition, volume and negotiation | Published list price with transparent term discounts |
| Best for | Large teams already on Salesforce, complex custom automation | Dubai and UAE brokerages wanting UAE workflows without a project |
For a 10-agent brokerage, WIYO's list price is 10 × US$99 = US$990 per month. On a 12-month commitment, WIYO's published 30% discount lowers the figure to US$693 per month. On a 24-month commitment, the 35% discount lowers it to US$643.50 per month. Those prices are published on the WIYO pricing page.
Salesforce's equivalent figure is not published because it depends on your edition, your conversation volume and your implementation scope. The honest formula is:
(CRM seats × your edition price) + (Agentforce conversations × your contracted rate) + implementation
Until Salesforce gives you those three numbers in AED, any comparison is guesswork. Ask for a written quote at your actual lead volume, not a marketing slide.

When Salesforce Agentforce genuinely makes sense
Salesforce wins for a specific type of brokerage: one already running Salesforce Sales Cloud across multiple countries, with an in-house admin and a budget for a certified implementation partner. If you have deep custom workflows, complex reporting across regions, or a corporate requirement to stay on Salesforce, Agentforce can be the right way to add AI without leaving that ecosystem.
For most UAE brokerages under 50 agents, the trade-off is different. You want portal leads to land in one lead pool, WhatsApp conversations with CRM context, and off-plan availability at your agents' fingertips. That is WIYO's design: one real estate CRM built for Dubai brokerages with the integrations included, not a platform project. If you need exactly that, you are not Salesforce's target buyer, and that is fine — you should buy the tool that matches your problem.
Frequently asked questions
Does Salesforce Agentforce have AED pricing?
Salesforce typically invoices in USD, but your account executive can provide a UAE quote in AED. The final amount your bank debits may differ slightly depending on your conversion method, and UAE VAT applies where registration is in place. Ask for an itemised AED quote before signing.
What does Agentforce cost per conversation?
Salesforce publishes a starting conversation rate, but the effective rate depends on conversation type, volume discounts and your negotiated contract. A simple portal enquiry reply may be one conversation; a multi-step off-plan qualification flow may consume more. The only reliable way to estimate is to run a pilot with your real Dubai lead mix and ask Salesforce to project the monthly average.
Can Agentforce answer Bayut and Property Finder leads out of the box?
No. You must connect the portals to Salesforce, typically through a middleware tool, a partner app or a custom integration, then configure lead routing and agent topics for property enquiries. WIYO includes Bayut and Property Finder lead intake natively, so a lead is captured, deduplicated and assigned without extra build work. Compare implementation effort before comparing subscription prices.
Is WIYO cheaper than Salesforce Agentforce?
For a typical 10-agent Dubai brokerage, yes. WIYO's all-in price is US$99 per user per month with published term discounts. Salesforce's total includes CRM seats, conversation usage and implementation, which usually exceeds that for small teams unless you already own Salesforce and have internal admins. Get a three-line AED quote from Salesforce and compare it against WIYO's published numbers.
Do I need both Salesforce CRM and Agentforce licences?
Usually yes. Agentforce runs on top of Salesforce CRM, so every human user who reviews, escalates or manages conversations needs a CRM seat. Ask Salesforce whether your chosen edition includes any Agentforce conversation credits or whether they are billed entirely on top. This is one of the most common causes of a quote that looks small and an invoice that does not.
Does WIYO's AI work like Agentforce?
Not the same model. WIYO's AI assists people: it summarises context, priorities work, prepares drafts and matches buyer requirements with inventory. Agentforce can run more autonomously, but it still requires clean UAE property data and human oversight. Both approaches depend on your data quality; neither replaces a broker's judgement on a negotiation.
